Roasted locally for us by Deveroast in Botley, our signature house blend is a meticulously crafted trio of beans from Brazil, Guatemala, and Indonesia. The result? A smooth, well-balanced medium-bodied coffee, featuring comforting notes of chocolate and brown sugar brightened by hints of stone fruit and honey. It’s a versatile all-rounder that we’re proud to serve every day.
Our Matcha
If you know, you know. We’ve become one of Southampton's most trusted spots for a perfect matcha, and we don’t take that lightly. We believe that if you’re going to do matcha, you have to do it right.

Our matcha is hand-whisked, 100% pure, ceremonial grade, and organic. It is shade-grown, hand-picked, air-dried, and stone-ground to ensure a vibrant color and a silky-smooth finish. It’s the ultimate coffee alternative—delivering a concentrated dose of antioxidants and a calm, sustained energy boost thanks to the natural synergy of caffeine and L-theanine. No jitters, no crash—just pure, green goodness.
